If, for any reason, the product you receive does not meet your expectations, we have established a transparent and fair policy to support you. Please read the following carefully to understand how the return and refund process works for our products.
Policy Overview
Customers are entitled to return their products within 90 days from the date of receipt. If the return is due to an error caused by Mozyxtee—such as a damaged item, a technical defect, or receiving the wrong product—we will cover the return shipping costs entirely by providing a prepaid return label. In such cases, you will not incur any additional charges.
If, however, you decide to return the product because you no longer need it or have simply changed your mind, you may still return it within the 90-day period, but the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Regardless of the reason for return, we guarantee that refunds will be processed within 5 business days directly to your original payment method. Importantly, Mozyxtee does not apply any re-import or restocking fees—meaning there are absolutely no hidden charges involved.
Please note that this policy is only applicable to orders placed and shipped within the United States.
1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
In order for your product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:
The return request must fall within the 90-day return period starting from the day you receive your product. The product must remain in its original condition, showing no signs of use or wear. It must include all components and accessories that were provided at the time of purchase—such as cables, bulbs, or decorative attachments—along with the original packaging.
Additionally, you will be required to provide an invoice or proof of purchase when submitting a return request. Returns that do not meet these conditions may unfortunately be rejected, as we cannot resell or safely process products that are incomplete or damaged outside of transit issues.
2. Return Procedure for Each Case
A. Returns Due to Mozyxtee’s Fault
Mozyxtee assumes full responsibility if the product you receive is broken, cracked, or dented during transportation. We also consider it our fault if the item arrives with a technical defect—for example, if the light does not turn on, flickers unexpectedly, the buttons fail to function, or any other advertised features do not work properly. Lastly, if you receive the wrong product in terms of model, design, or color, this will also be treated as a Mozyxtee error.
In all such cases, the return will be completely free of charge. Mozyxtee will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, so you do not have to spend anything to send the item back. Once we receive the returned product, you may choose between two options: receiving a brand new replacement product (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, which will also include reimbursement of the original shipping fee you paid when placing the order.
B. General Returns (Change of Mind or No Longer Needed)
We understand that sometimes you may decide that the product is no longer suitable for your space, or you may simply change your mind. In such cases, you are still welcome to return the product within the 90-day period, as long as it is in original condition with all parts and packaging included.
However, for these types of returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that provides tracking and to package the item securely to avoid damage during transit. Please be aware that if the product is damaged while being returned due to inadequate packaging, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
Once the returned product has been safely received and inspected by our team to confirm that it remains intact and unused, we will issue a refund of the product value only. Please note that in these cases, the original shipping fee paid when placing the order will not be refunded.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Not all products are eligible for return. At Mozyxtee, we clearly define this policy from the start so that customers are fully aware and to avoid any misunderstandings after purchase. Accordingly, items that are not eligible for return include Gift Cards and products sold under Final Sale (clearance). These items are offered at special discounted prices and cannot be returned unless there is a defect on our part, such as manufacturing defects, packaging errors, or incorrect items shipped.
4. Return Process (Steps to Follow)
To ensure the return process is carried out quickly, transparently, and conveniently, customers are kindly asked to follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Customers must send an email to [email protected] within 90 days of receiving the item. In the email, please include your order number, reason for return, and if the product is defective or damaged, attach clear photos or videos showing the defective/damaged condition.
Step 2: Receive Detailed Instructions
Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review it within 1–2 business days. If the request is valid, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed, including a free return shipping label in cases where the issue is our responsibility.
Step 3: Pack and Return the Product
Please pack the product carefully, preferably using the original box and protective materials, to ensure it remains safe during transit. The product should then be sent to our returns department at the following address:

5. Money Back Guarantee: Time and Method
We are committed to a transparent and prompt refund process to give customers complete peace of mind. Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 5 business days.
Refunds will be made directly to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Unless you specifically request otherwise, we will not issue refunds as store credit.
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, however, that after we complete our process, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and credit the funds to your account. This timeframe is beyond our control, but we always ensure our part is handled as quickly as possible.
6. Restocking Fee
At Mozyxtee, we guarantee that no restocking fees will be charged for returned products. This allows customers to make return decisions with confidence, without worrying about unexpected extra costs.
7. Mozyxtee Order Processing and Shipping Times
We follow a standardized process for all orders to ensure transparency and accuracy in fulfillment. The processing time for each order is 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). After processing is complete, the product will be handed over to the carrier. The shipping time is typically 4–6 business days.
To maintain efficiency, we also apply an order cut-off time. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the same business day, while orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
